Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Cups
Have you tried the Dubai Pistachio bar yet? We put our own spin on this viral bar and turned it into chocolate pistachio cups. They'll be gone in no time!

Ingredients:
200 grams 71% dark chocolate, chopped
25 grams SweetLife Xylitol (birch sugar)
100 grams SweetLife carob syrup
95 grams pistachios + extra for garnish
Preparation:
1. Place plastic wrap in 6 muffin cups.
2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water (au-bain-marie). Stir in 25 grams Xylitol and let cool for 10 minutes.
3. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into each muffin cup (save some for the top) and create a raised edge of approx. 1 cm by tilting the muffin tin. Refrigerate for 15 min.
4. For the filling, grind the syrup and pistachios in a food processor to a fairly smooth paste (a few chunks are okay). Divide the pistachio paste over the chocolate cups.
5. When the rest of the chocolate has hardened again, melt it briefly in the microwave or au-bain-marie and pour a thin layer over the pistachio paste. Tilt the molds again to distribute it evenly. Garnish the cups with finely chopped pistachios and leave to harden in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
