Protein-rich rice cakes with plums and syrup
A strong start to your day, a tasty lunch, or a snack for after exercise - these whole wheat rice waffles are not only rich in protein, but also a joy to eat!

Ingredients:
2 large tbsp dairy spread (light)
⅛ tsp vanilla extract
3 whole wheat rice waffles
1-2 plums, quartered and sliced
1 tbsp SweetLife St John's bread
2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
Preparation:
Mix the dairy spread with the vanilla extract. Spread a small tablespoon of it on each rice cake. Place the plum slices in a spiral on top and garnish with the carob syrup and pistachios. Bon appetit!
